Isn't the vacation season the ideal time to really get into the swing of things?

Vacation freedom is when you can do lots of things but don't have to do any of them. Exercise, for example. Physical activity is undoubtedly healthy, it produces happiness hormones and you can enjoy a delicious evening meal twice as much! So - many things are possible and the healthy sea air is always with you. Our vitality and fitness trainers have a varied and diverse activity program:

  • Morning gymnastics with Pilates or stretching exercises
  • Smovey training with the Smovey swing rings
  • Aqua jogging in the seawater pool or in the sea
  • Nordic walking
  • Yoga and Tai Chi, Qi gong, meditation and much more.
