Falstaff thought so too and awarded us 3 golden forks! Enjoy exclusive culinary delights at the Miramar every day with the famous MIRAMAR gourmet half-board. Chéf Matko Rubeša's cuisine, awarded three golden forks and 90 out of 100 points by Falstaff, pampers even the finest palates with exquisite dishes that cleverly combine Mediterranean and Austrian cuisine.

The ambience of the restaurant terraces cannot be topped and naturally received the highest award! After all, the sea is omnipresent and takes its place at your table - no matter which one you choose! Upscale service is the gold standard at the Miramar and it goes without saying that every table is served by two waiters!

And that's what Falstaff says:

The castle-like hotel offers plenty of comfort, and the beach area has only recently been extended. A creative team gives its all in the kitchen, using seasonal ingredients to create classics such as truffle pasta or roasted octopus perched on marinated vegetables. (2023)

The hotel looks almost like its Italian namesake in Trieste, the location is a dream. The interior is also impressive. Chef Matko Rubeša's cuisine is exciting, playful and light, but also romantic. The Austrian-Croatian dessert buffet is particularly tempting. (2021)
