• Trained sommeliers recommend selected regional and international wines to accompany the gourmet dinner. To round off the meal, enjoy a digestif from Croatia, such as Medica, the sweet honey schnapps, Biska, a mistletoe grappa - or the famous herbal bitter from Croatia, Pelinkovac. A glass of red wine or a cocktail in the Habsburg Bar or on the Meerester Terraces is the perfect way to end the evening.
• Highlights from the regional, Mediterranean and light wellness cuisine with regional Croatian and Austrian accents as well as seasonal fresh products are served. Beautifully presented - the eye eats too, expertly presented by our service team.
